We are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to clients and are looking for a detail-oriented Criminal Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in delivering the best outcomes. **MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH** Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with case preparation for traffic and criminal cases. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery materials. • Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is current and accessible. • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to gather essential information. • Schedule court appearances, client meetings, and attorney appointments. • Conduct legal research on traffic and criminal laws and court procedures. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. • Translate English to Spanish and Spanish to English Qualifications: • Proven experience as a legal assistant or in a related field, preferably in criminal law. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. • Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal terminology. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
