Join Us: We are seeking hospitality-driven Counter Servers & Baristas with weekend availability at The Skinny Pancake in Quechee, VT. We care greatly about our team and the people we add to it. Job Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

• Providing gracious hospitality to guests
• Crafting delicious beverages and serving high-quality food
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all menu items

Operations:

• Performing opening and closing duties
• Prepping, restocking, cleaning, and sanitizing to maintain a pleasant, safe environment for team members and guests
• Handling multiple beverage and food orders simultaneously so orders are served together and meet targeted ticket times
• Washing dishes
• Utilizing recipes and portion control
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Working in a team-oriented, collaborative manner
