The Role We Want You For

The Corporate Insurance CCIP Coordinator supports the Insurance Department by managing subcontractor insurance requirements, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with insurance compliance for construction projects. This role ensures that insurance documentation is collected, reviewed, and updated in a timely and organized manner.

The Specifics of the Role

• Request and track insurance certificates from subcontractors for CCIP projects.
• Review and update insurance documentation in internal systems (PMWeb, Textura/JDE).
• Maintain accurate insurance records and follow up on missing documentation or expired certificates.
• Support project teams with insurance compliance questions.
• Assist with various assignments and administrative tasks within the Corporate Insurance Department.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience or exposure in insurance coordination, construction administration, compliance roles, or a related field is a preferred.
