Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedContract Recruiter specializing in executive search at the VP level for our client, a mid-sized organization which functions as a startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging, and closing high-caliber leadership talent in competitive markets. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle executive recruitment for VP-level positions across departments
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for senior leadership roles
• Build and maintain relationships with passive executive candidates
• Consult with hiring managers to define position requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Conduct thorough screening and preliminary interviews of executive candidates
• Guide hiring teams through the interview process and facilitate decision-making
• Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers to selected candidates
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence on executive talent trends

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment specifically at the VP level or higher
• Must have demonstrated success recruiting for startups or high-growth environments such as fast paced, tech-driven, on-demand consumer goods/services companies.
• Excellence in candidate assessment and evaluation techniques
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational leadership needs
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and search tools.
