Job Description


We are looking for seasoned Contract Recruiters with at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience to join our team on an as-needed basis. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish for assigned clients, including job order intake, job description creation, sourcing, prescreening, and interview coordination. This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Order Management : Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and capture detailed job requirements.
  • Job Description Development : Create engaging, precise job descriptions that attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Job Posting : Leverage provided job board access to post openings and optimize visibility.
  • Candidate Sourcing : Proactively source candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, and job boards.
  • Interview Coordination : Organize and manage interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Candidate Engagement : Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Client Interaction : Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate feedback.
  • Project Management : Handle multiple recruitment assignments concurrently, delivering timely and successful placements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a staffing agency or corporate setting.
  • Expertise : Proven success in recruiting for diverse roles, especially in Project Management, Analyst, and technology fields.
  • Skills :
    • Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to create compelling job descriptions.
    • Proficient in scheduling and coordinating interviews.
    • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Tools : Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
  • Adaptability : Capable of managing fluctuating workloads and meeting client demands on a flexible schedule.
