Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in Affordable Housing Compliance ? Apartner is looking for a Compliance Specialist to oversee a Portfolio of Affordable & Housing Choice Voucher Communities. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various Housing Agencies.
✔️ 3+ years of experience with Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs.
✔️ 3+ years of experience in Property Management.
✔️ Knowledge of Affordable Housing Compliance and Housing Agency processes.
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✔️ Experience with RealPage/OneSite, TAA, BlueMoon, and electronic signatures.
✔️ Ability to quickly learn new property management software.
✔️ Minimal travel may be required.
