Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

* Stay ahead of industry trends and deploy innovative tactics for lead generation.
* Collaborate with and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.
* Dive into hands-on marketing tasks to meet goals and drive results.
* Analyze campaign metrics to optimize ROI and refine strategies.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead marketing teams in an agency or similar organization (2–3+ years).
* Technical Know-How: Expertise in cold email strategies, paid traffic, and funnel optimization.
