Base Salary: $230,000 annually (W2)
Earning Potential: Up to $240K with productivity bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday – No nights, weekends, or holidays
Setting: Outpatient GI center with a patient-focused, procedure-driven culture
Call Requirement: None – enjoy predictable hours and full weekends off
Administer anesthesia for GI/endoscopy procedures
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments
Monitor sedation and manage patient care during procedures
Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and documentation
Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with all state and facility protocols
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), licensed in Virginia
Eligible for credentialing at outpatient surgery centers
Experience in GI or endoscopy anesthesia is preferred, but not required
Strong focus on patient safety and procedural efficiency
Time Off: 5 weeks PTO + paid holidays
CME: $1,600 annual stipend
Malpractice Insurance: Provided with tail coverage
Retirement: 401(k) and profit-sharing plan after one year
Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision with employer contribution
