Frankfort Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (schizophrenic, bipolar, major depression…). Located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful grounds, trees and flowers – you can ride your bike to work. What makes us unique:
The National Association of Rehab Providers & Agencies ( NARA ) awarded Transitional Care Management their “Impact Award” for 2023 for our Life Skills Programming. What you will do in this role : In our facility we feel the CNA is pivotal to the satisfaction of a patient/resident. CNAs make a direct impact on a patient’s recovery and stay. You will help patients reach their goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
