• Salary: $17.75 - $26.25, based on experience 
• Schedule: Part-time Weekends (every other weekend rotation)
  • Part timers enjoy accrual of paid time off (PTO) and sick time.
• Shift:  Day 7:00am -3:00pm and PM 3:00pm - 11:00pm Saturday and Sunday 
• *must be able to interview and attend orientation during the week

Frankfort Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (schizophrenic, bipolar, major depression…). Located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful grounds, trees and flowers – you can ride your bike to work. What makes us unique:

Job Description

What you will do in this role : In our facility we feel the CNA is pivotal to the satisfaction of a patient/resident. CNAs make a direct impact on a patient’s recovery and stay. You will help patients reach their goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. 

• Our Certified Nursing Assistants are awesome; they do whatever is needed to make the patient more comfortable.

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):  officially we title this job a Certified Nursing Assistant, but in other centers it may be called a CNA or Certified Nurse Aide.

What we need from you :

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL
• Prior experience in a hospital or short-term rehab unit within a skilled nursing facility is ideal, but  New Grads are welcome
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care) is helpful

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
