Marbled & Fin is hiring an AM Butcher!

Our modern steak and seafood restaurant will have a focus on premium beef while also committing to refined, modern and creative local seafood and sides dishes. We are seeking team members who will embrace our culture of positivity and are committed to cultivating an atmosphere of excellence for our guests. Applicants should have at least 1+ years of butcher/cooking experience in an upscale, high-volume, fast paced restaurant. We are looking for those that are comfortable multitasking and prioritizing their job duties and are skilled in large scale food production and refined plating techniques. Experience with quality and production control as well as the storage of meat and fish desirable.

• A 1+ years of cooking in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Those who are detail-oriented and thrive in a meticulous environment.
• Someone with a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively with a sense of urgency.
• Clean and efficient knife skills
• Knowledge of food and kitchen safety standards.
