Strong business acumen with the ability to learn and understand the technical and product aspects of BESS/solar solutions. Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and consult on solutions. Skills in influencing key stakeholders and comfortable working in multicultural environments. Proactive and results-driven. Build strong commercial relationships with external stakeholders and implement a strategic account approach to develop partnerships. Initiate discussions with customers/partners on project opportunities, liaise with internal/external teams on solutions, negotiate commercial terms with key stakeholders, and finalize business deals. Conduct studies on market trends, customer requirements, and competition status, and present analysis and reports to management when required. Provide product training, seminars, and presentations to customers and/or other stakeholders as needed.
