Business Development Associate – On boarding Funnel

Job Summary

The Business Development Associate (BDA) – On boarding Funnel will be responsible for ensuring smooth on boarding and coordination of Authorized Service Partners (ASPs), along with their technicians and engineers, for the Fan / Water Purifier Department. The role involves documentation management, system coordination, on boarding tracking, and monitoring targets and achievements to support business operations efficiently..

Key Responsibilities:

1. Map, manage, and maintain serviceable pin codes for Authorized Service Partners (ASPs).
2. Collect, upload, and verify all required on boarding documents of ASPs as per company standards.
3. Create and manage ASP codes within internal systems.
4. Generate and manage system IDs for ASPs, their technicians, and engineers.
5. Ensure end-to-end tracking of the complete on boarding process.
6. Regularly monitor on boarding status and follow up for pending actions.
7. Track visibility of assigned targets and achieved numbers related to on boarding.
8. Maintain accurate on boarding records and dashboards.
9. Share regular status updates and reports with internal stakeholders.
10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and error-free on boarding.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Basic understanding of on boarding, coordination, and operational processes.
2. Strong documentation and data management skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and internal systems.
4. Good communication and coordination abilities.
5. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education & Experience:

1. Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
2. 0–2 years of experience in on boarding, operations, coordination, or similar roles.
