About this opportunity: Ericsson welcomes aspiring professionals for an exciting career opportunity as a Business Assurance Intern. Here, we invite the candidates who display an intrinsic understanding of Ericsson Corporate Requirements and customer requirements, combined within the framework of the Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS). This position holds the primary task of verifying the EGMS effectiveness linked to compliance with selected international standards. The role also includes planning and managing external ISO certification assessments to secure successful ISO certifications dictated by the Company's strategic decisions.
What you will do: - Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in understanding and implementing the EGMS.
- Integrate external and internal requirements related to the areas of responsibility.
- Plan, execute, and follow-up on ISO certification assessments, adhering to Company-selected ISO standards via the EGMS.
- Carry out planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up of internal assessments.
- Manage Review Planning, working in close cooperation with teams to facilitate execution and reporting of results.
The skills you bring: - Some experience with audit processes and an eagerness to understand risk-based auditing.
- Enthusiastic about learning how to develop and implement risk management plans.
- Growing knowledge of risk identification and management strategies.
- Willingness to learn about quality management systems and their applications.
- Exposure to managing projects and coordinating tasks effectively.
- Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and engaging with team members.
- Understanding of business processes and the importance of optimization.
- Basic skills in analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
