This is out flagship located at the heart of Weho and Beverly Hills, we are seeking a talented and experienced barista to join our team!

Job Description:
As a full-time/part-time barista at Bravo Toast, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee beverages, serving food; breakfast, lunch, and a new dinner menu. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills in preparing specialty cocktails, beer, and wine for our valued customers. The role requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
• Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure the café is fully operational and clean
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, processing payments with attention to detail
• Assist in maintaining inventory of front-of-house necessities, ingredients, and supplies
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment, including maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area and seating areas
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and latte art
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing outstanding service
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktail preparation is a plus
• Must be available during café hours (7AM to 4PM), including weekends and holidays
