Automotive Title/Registration Clerk Bill DeLuca Chrysler Jeep-Dodge a family-owned business serving the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire for over 65 years is seeking an Automotive Title/Registration Clerk to join our team. Automotive industry experience is a must! What We Offer:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create all documents related to transactions with the Department of Motor Vehicles; ensure work is done correctly and promptly.
• Preparing contracts to be sent to the Bank and following up with contract funding and title payoffs.
• Assisting the Sales Department with completing forms for dealer swaps, & customer purchases.
• Data Entry, and account reconciliations.

Qualification Criteria:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-starter; professional demeanor and appearance.
• Computer literacy, understanding of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Team-oriented with the ability to multi-task and able to perform under pressure.
