What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a team of parts professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Ensure exceptional customer service by assisting customers courteously and professionally.
Manage inventory effectively—overseeing stock orders, pricing, and accurate data entry.
Drive department performance with strategic forecasting and staff development.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in automotive parts management (Mopar experience is a BIG plus!).
Customer-Centric: Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Driven: Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet objectives in a process-driven environment.
Qualified: Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
