TalentSphere is hiring on behalf of a premier AT&T authorized retailer in Chicago, IL for the position of Customer Sales Representative . This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy helping people, and are driven to succeed in a sales-focused role.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the AT&T brand, working in a retail environment to assist customers with wireless services, devices, and solutions. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to build your confidence and develop the skills needed to grow into a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with walk-in customers, providing expert guidance on AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions
Deliver top-tier customer service while driving sales and meeting daily performance goals
Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, features, and pricing to confidently educate customers
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Collaborate with your team to hit store targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Process new activations, upgrades, and account changes efficiently
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving problems
Sales experience is a plus, but not required—training is provided
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including some weekends
