Bellevue Dentists is seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our thriving, tech-forward private practice in the heart of Bellevue, WA. We are a multi-location, doctor-led group (Bellevue, Redmond & Seattle) focused on:

• Comprehensive, health-focused dentistry.
• Modern technology including CBCT, digital scanners, Overjet AI, digital workflows.
• Strong clinical mentorship in implants, clear aligners, cosmetic dentistry, and diagnostics.
• A positive, team-centered culture with excellent assistants, hygienists, and front-office support.

Our Bellevue office is rapidly growing and offers an ideal place for a dentist who wants long-term stability, autonomy, and continuous clinical growth.

• 2–4 days per week to start (flexible scheduling).
• Competitive daily minimum + production-based compensation.
• Hands-on mentorship if desired (implants, complex restorative, practice ownership pathways).
• Excellent patient flow with a loyal patient base.
• Multi-specialty support network within the group.
• Opportunity for long-term growth into 4 days/week and leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality comprehensive and restorative care.
• Build patient relationships and maintain excellent chairside communication.
• Collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and admin staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
• Provide treatment planning aligned with patient health and long-term outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• Active Washington Dental License (or in process).
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Comfortable with bread-and-butter dentistry; interest in growing clinical skills.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented.
