Little Mama's Italian Kitchen has become a beloved Italian American restaurant in Charlotte thanks to our dedication to providing our customers with freshly made pasta, a delicious mozz bar, and heartwarming dishes. Since 2020, we have been serving the South Park area and recently expanded our brand by opening a second location in the Rae Farms district.
We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is highly skilled and motivated to help lead our team at this new location. As an assistant manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, focusing on hiring and retaining great staff, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests, upholding safety and sanitation guidelines and controlling costs and profitability.

Assistant Manager Requirements:
• Ability to work together as a team.
• Lead by example and foster a positive and motivated work environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable using a computer and possess data entry and reporting skills.
• Must be able to move and process information quickly.
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10-12 hours).
• Must have the stamina to work up to 55 hours per week.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 25lbs.
