As an Assistant Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to lead and drive the daily operations of your South Street location.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment
• This is a very hands-on role where you’ll be required to be in a standing position for long periods of time
• Cultivate a warm and inviting ambiance that uplifts guests and motivates the team
• Honesty and integrity in all things
• The ability to attract and develop a quality staff of “A” players
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to listen
• Professional presentation and verbal skill set
• Ability to organize and inspire a team towards a common goal
• Aptitude for food and restaurant execution

• Oversee inventory, quality and safety
• Effectively Lead and develop the hourly team
• Manages all support functions (i.e. hourly payroll, scheduling, etc.)

• Assist in creating & implementing systems which enhance the operation
• Establish and builds community relations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high volume, fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the operations
• Receptive to coaching and takes initiative for self-development
• Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
• Must be able to coach and develop others
• Must be an effective multi-tasker
• P&L knowledge and sales building highly desirable
