Assistant General Manager - Immediate Hire

We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional to help lead our team at Le Burger 4304. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for aiding in the overall operations of Le Burger 4304 with direction from the General Manager. They ensure guests enjoy experiences, lead smooth and efficient services, assist in FOH training and management, control inventory and ordering of FOH supplies. The Assistant General Manager at Le Burger 4304 takes initiative to help problem solve throughout shifts and continues to strategize operational changes that will better the Le Burger 4304 team and overall experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership and/or training experience in the food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership with consistent communication and expectations
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Have and promote an always be learning attitude
• Find joy in working and connecting with team and guests

Le Burger 4304 is a new fast casual restaurant from Jonathan Gans and Josh Hoyt (Northlands Consulting, formerly of The Bachelor Farmer) featuring French inspired burgers, craveable french fries, fresh and delicious salads, and the most unique chicken-by-the-piece in town.
