Select Staffing in Pueblo, CO has immediate performance-to-hire openings, for Assemblers with Trane!

Pay:$16.00 per hour for 1st shift and $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift position

1st Shift:6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some overtime required 

2nd Shift:3:00 PM to 11:30 AM, with some overtime required

• Successful completion of “Work Skills” training for the various processes on the shop floor
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product
• Rotate through all the tasks required in production processes
• Assist in the production of wiring assemblies
• Maintain clean work areas

NOTE:Mandatory overtime is often required. This can mean starting as early as 5AM, working up to 12 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• No experience necessary, willing to train!
