Our motivated Customer Service Agents are at the heart of the airport experience, providing exceptional service to airline passengers at every step of their journey. Whether assisting at the check-in counters or managing departure and arrival gates, you will ensure each traveler feels supported and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Please note: This position requires standing and walking for the majority of your shift.
We’re looking for individuals with:
Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English and Korean (conversational and written); Japanese proficiency is a plus.

Bilingual required for this position: Fluent in English and Korean (conversational and writing) required. Japanese a plus.
Available to attend five (5) days of initial Onboarding and Computer Training.
Flexibility to work assigned shifts based on airline schedules.
Great attitude and a willingness to extend professionalism and courtesy to airline customers and teammates at all times.

Computer literate.
Legally authorized to work in the United States of America (USA) without sponsorship.

Regarding orientation and any required pre-employment gap period while awaiting clearance from U.S Customs and Border Protection (CBP), you will be compensated at a reduced hourly rate of $17.28 per hour. Once cleared and officially onboarded into your designated role, your pay will be adjusted to the standard hourly rate states above.
