What You'll Do

Build strong, lasting relationships with affiliates to foster mutual success and growth.
Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure affiliate campaigns align with overall business goals.
Negotiate contracts and commission structures that are both competitive and profitable.
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to keep our affiliate program at the forefront of innovation.
Create clear, insightful reports for senior management to highlight program performance and identify growth opportunities.
Provide training and resources to affiliates to set them up for success.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
