Administrative Assistant TEMPORARY, $24.83-$26.73 hour

Location: Wildomar, CA

Schedule: 4/10 Schedule – Mon to Thurs, 8.00am to 6.30pm

Duration: Temporary, 6-8 weeks approximately, start date Monday Jan 5th, 2026

Job Overview:

We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant. This position will work directly with the Finance Manager.

Ideally, this individual will have some experience working in an accounting environment, and be familiar with accounting terms and processes.

Job Overview:

• Administrative Assistant, ideally with some basic knowledge of accounting tasks.

• Enters, edits, updates and retrieves data from narrative reports or spreadsheets

• Prepares periodic or special reports, may perform data entry on a project basis.

• Checks and tabulates standard arithmetic or statistical data; may summarize and prepare reports.

• Ordering and coordinating supply orders and arranging for equipment purchase and maintenance.

• May support with task such as payroll and accounts reconciliation

• May assist with invoices and vendor accounts, maintaining files of bills and invoices

• Support vendor relations, reconciling and reviewing accounting statements

• Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.,

• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Finance Department and Staff.

Skills & Experience Required:

Prior Accounting experience, knowledge of mathematical principles, accounting and terminology.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Teams, Sharepoint

Attention to detail, proficient in office admin procedures
