Seasonal | Weekend & Evening Shifts

Join the Jiminy Peak Ski Racing team and be part of the crew that makes our competitions possible! Race Crew members help prepare and maintain the mountain for training and race events, working together in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This role is active, hands-on, and perfect for strong skiers or riders who enjoy teamwork and mountain operations. Certifications may grant differentials in pay rate.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Organize, maintain, and inventory equipment needed for race events and practices
• Install, maintain, and remove safety netting on race and training trails
• Support the setup, execution, and tear down of all race events, including preparation the day before competitions
• Assist the race program staff as needed throughout the competitive season

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong commitment to safety and efficiency on the job
• Ability to ski or ride confidently on all black diamond trails at Jiminy Peak
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more on a regular basis
• Must submit to a Criminal Background Check (CORI)
