Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Data Warehouse Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle-based data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data architecture, modeling, and ETL processes, with the ability to integrate with analytics tools. While experience with Snowflake is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement. This role demands a strong understanding of Oracle environments and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions to meet business intelligence and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Warehouse Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data warehouse solutions primarily using Oracle. Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Data Modeling: Develop and optimize logical and physical data models tailored for data warehousing and analytics.
• ETL Processes: Build, implement, and manage ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely integration of data from various sources into the warehouse.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune Oracle-based data warehouse performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Analytics Tools Integration: Enable seamless integration of data warehouses with analytics tools such as Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance best practices to ensure quality, consistency, and security across data assets.
• Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to understand data requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the data architecture, data models, ETL processes, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in data warehousing and data architecture.
• Extensive expertise with Oracle databases and tools, including Oracle Analytics.
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus but not required.
• Proven experience in designing and managing ETL processes.
• Strong background in integrating data warehouses with analytics platforms like Oracle Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based and on-premise Oracle solutions.
• Familiarity with big data technologies and frameworks is a bonus.
